Paul K. Silverberg
Firm Founder, Paul K. Silverberg, established this law firm in 2000 based on his legal training at one of the largest international law firms, judicial clerk internship for a federal judge, professional business consulting and vital roles as Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Director of Finance and General Counsel.
His education is highlighted by receiving his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, and his business education (B.S.B.A.) in Finance and International Economics. Mr. Silverberg‘s business and legal experience has allowed him to perform professional services for Fortune 100 companies, multi-million dollar companies, strategic growth companies, start-ups and individuals. In 2001, Mr. Silverberg was honored by Who’s Who Historic Society as International Who’s Who of Professionals.
Kraig S. Weiss
Kraig S. Weiss previously served as J.P. Morgan Chase’s lead litigation counsel for South Florida region and as an Assistant Vice President. J.P. Morgan Chase is the second largest U.S. bank with over $1.1 trillion in assets.
Prior to working in-house with J.P. Morgan Chase, Mr. Weiss was engaged for over eight years in private practice, where he practiced a broad scope of commercial litigation, family law, probate, estate litigation, civil and business litigation and real estate litigation in both Federal and State Courts. Mr. Weiss received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1995, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review, and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Nicole Paolino started her practice of law with the firm after received her Juris Doctor Degree in 2003. Earlier she attended Villanova University in Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Public Discourse.
Ms. Paolino is an active member of the Florida Bar and New Jersey Bar. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, State of Florida, State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Francisco A. Corrales
Francisco A. Corrales advises businesses and individuals on commercial transactions, compliance issues, intellectual property, international matters and the development of business opportunities. Mr. Corrales has extensive experience in the review, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. He also counsels international clients on doing business in the United States and domestic businesses on expanding their global markets. He counsels and advises clients in Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Mr. Corrales has written and lectured on topics of international law and is the current Chair of The Florida Bar International Law Section. Mr. Corrales has also received a lifetime appointment as a Civil Law Notary, Florida’s equivalent of the "Notario" in civil law jurisdictions and is only one of approximately 100 attorneys in Florida to have received this distinction.
