How will I be charged?
We work with our clients to determine the optimal relationship. Most relationships are based on an hourly charge for legal services. We also handle matters on flat fee, contingency and a mix of hourly and contingency.
Do you handle matters only locally?
The firm represents clients locally, nationally and on an international basis, including clients in Europe, Asia and South and Central America. We represent clients in Florida doing business outside of the State and even outside the Country. We represent clients from outside of Florida wanting to do business in Florida. We also represent international clients doing business in the United States.
